Our Story

More Than a Studio

For over a decade, Inner Peace Yoga has been San Diego's home for mindful movement, deep connection, and personal transformation.

A Vision of Accessibility

When Maya Williams opened Inner Peace Yoga in 2014, she had one simple goal: create a space where anyone could experience the profound benefits of yoga, regardless of their fitness level, flexibility, or background.

"To create a welcoming space where everyone can experience the transformative power of yoga, regardless of age, ability, or experience."

What started as a small storefront in Pacific Beach has grown into a thriving community of over 5,000 students. But our commitment to making yoga accessible remains unchanged.
